This page is the public processor list for Filter (GDPR Art. 28 / KVKK aktarım). Softenwise does not sell personal data. A processor receives live personal data only after Softenwise has a DPA or equivalent contract in place for that vendor. Signed PDFs and vendor account IDs are not published here.

When a processor is used

Not every role is live in every environment. Development may log SMS/email locally. Production enables a vendor only when that service is configured. Filter is offered in 11 locales (en, tr, de, fr, es, it, nl, pt, ru, ar, az); the same processor categories can apply to traffic from those markets.

Processor categories

• Database / hosting: PostgreSQL and the API host that stores accounts, answers, matches, and safety records.
• SMS OTP: Twilio and/or Netgsm, only if SMS verification is enabled.
• Transactional email: SendGrid and/or Amazon SES, for verification, password reset, and support mail (SPF/DKIM/DMARC on the sending domain).
• In-app purchases: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat for subscription entitlements. Card numbers are not stored by Softenwise.
• Crash reporting: Firebase Crashlytics on the mobile apps. API errors go to JSON logs; the website has no crash SDK.
• Product analytics: the configured analytics endpoint, only if EXPO_PUBLIC_ANALYTICS_URL is live.
• Photo storage: local signed media and/or S3 / Cloudinary backups.
• Push: Expo / platform push services for device notifications you enable.

Transfers

If a processor is outside your country, Softenwise uses appropriate safeguards (including Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism) before that transfer. You may object to a new processor by emailing the address above; we will explain options, which may include closing the account.
